counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the revision application is still pending before the Government /Revenue Department. That should be decided as early as possible.

The petitioner's revision application pending before the Government/ Revenue Department shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.

Before deciding the revision application the Government/ Revenue Department shall hear the petitioner or his representative.
