These three applications are filed seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad.

The learned Counsel submits that the appellant insurance company is ready to deposit the amount in terms of the award passed and seeks six weeks' time to deposit the amount.

Considering the submission advanced, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

I) Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' in respective applications, on condition to deposit the amount in terms of the award, within six weeks from the date of this order. In case the appellant fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the interim stay stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
