Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the legal heir of deceased respondent no.2 Sumanbai Liladhar Kale is already on record. Learned Counsel submits that applicant no.3 Ramesh Liladhar Kale is the only legal heir of deceased Sumanbai. Learned Counsel further submits that similarly, legal representatives of respondent no.7, namely, Meerabai Guna Kale are also on record. Applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. 2.

With the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body, following order is passed: agp/-

ORDER

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25 per cent of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining 75 per cent of the amount on furnishing solvent surety / security for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
