This Petition is filed with the following prayers :- "A.

By writ of certiorari or any other writ in the nature of certiorari quash and set aside the communicated dated 17.01.2012 issued by the respondent No.3 annexed at Exh. "F" to this petition and for that purpose issue necessary orders;

B.

By writ of mandamus or any other writ in the nature of mandamus direct the respondents to grant two advance increments to the petitioner with immediate effect and for that purpose issue

In pursuant to the notices issued to the respondents, the respondent no.2 filed affidavit in reply. The para 6 of the said affidavit in reply reads thus :- "6.

I say that, accordingly, under letter dated 13.4.2015 a list of the awardees entitled to receive advance increments from the Latur Region has been forwarded to the Director of Education which includes the name of petitioner at Sr. No. 11."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in view of the averments made in affidavit in reply and more particularly, in para 6 thereof, interest of petitioner is taken care of.

In the circumstances, we allow this Petition in terms of prayer clauses `A' and `B'. The Petition is allowed in above extent. Necessary steps to be taken by the Respondents on or before 30th June, 2015.

Rule made absolute accordingly.
