Rule. The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent Nos. 1 an 2. By consent of parties, rule is made returnable forthwith. 2.

By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against respondent No. 2

WP No.433/22 - Committee to issue the caste validity certificate as early as possible as the petitioner had applied for validation of her caste claim by application dated 28th November 2020 through the institute Pansare Mahavidyalaya, Arjapur, Tq. Biloli, Dist. Nanded. 2.

The respondent No. 2 - Committee is directed to dispose of the said application of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. 3.

The order that would be passed by the respondent No. 2 - Committee shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. If the caste claim of the petitioner is allowed, the respondent No. 2 shall communicate the said order to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. If the caste claim of the petitioner is rejected by the respondent No. 2, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

Writ petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in aforesaid term. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
