Clause 5.10.1 of the Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021 permits an aggrieved transferee to make a representation to the constituted Committee within 7 days of the receipt of the transfer orders. Such representation is to be considered by the said Committee.

The Petitioners claim to have tendered many applications. What would be significant is the first application,

3930.24wp (2) provided it is filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the transfer orders.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to the constituted Committee to consider the applications of these Petitioners, provided they are filed within 7 days from the receipt of the transfer orders. Such applications be dealt with and if it is feasible, practicable and if there are vacancies, the concerned Authority may take an appropriate decision on the said request applications, expeditiously.
