The learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Municipal Council, Jalna states on instructions that the proceedings pending with the Municipal Council will be dealt with and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks from today. Learned AGP appearing for the State informs on instructions that after receipt of the proposal/ decision of the Municipal Council, appropriate steps would be taken within a period of four weeks thereafter.
