The present applicant, who is arrested by Shrirampur City Police Station, Tq. Shrirampur, Dist.

2 Cri. Appln. 1978­2016 Ahmednagar in Crime no. II­51 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, is praying for his release on bail.

The present applicant has earlier filed Criminal Application No. 3428 of 2015. The same was however withdrawn vide order dated 15th July, 2015 (page no.28 of the application). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that till this date, the trial could not make any progress and, therefore, the present application is filed.

Learned counsel for the applicant further points towards the order dated 02/04/2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1511 of 2016 (page no.38 of the application). It would show that the similarly situated accused was released on bail by this Court.

Hence, the following order:­ I) The Application is allowed.

II) The applicant be released on bail in Crime

3 Cri. Appln. 1978­2016 no.II­51 of 2015 registered with Shrirampur City Police Station, Tq. Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under section 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/­ (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
