Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 02.11.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Hingoli in Regular Civil Suit No. 87 of 2022, whereby, the trial Court allowed the application for temporary injunction filed by Original Plaintiff and the same was also confirmed by the the order dated 08.03.2023 passed below Exh. 17 by the District Judge-3 Hingoli in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 51 of 2022.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned trial Court and the appellate Court. The learned trial Court has observed that the document placed on record before it by the Original Plaintiff primafacie demonstrate that the case is in favour of the Original Plaintiff, whereas, the claim of Original Defendant is not supported by appropriate

142wp6782.23 documents. Therefore, the learned trial Court has allowed the application filed by the Original Plaintiff and the same has been confirmed by the appellate Court.

Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition as no interference is warranted in the order dated 02.11.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Hingoli in Regular Civil Suit No. 87 of 2022 and order dated 08.03.2023 passed below Exh. 17 by the District Judge-3 Hingoli in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 51 of 2022 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to cost.
