The Sessions Case is of the year 2018. Record and proceedings and Paper Book are received. Hence, we fix the Appeals for final hearing on 25th February 2025. The applications for suspension of sentence are disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty to revive the prayer for suspension of sentence in case the appeals are not finally heard and decided within a period of one year.
