The petitioner claims that as per the norms of the transfer, he is not due for transfer in the annual/general transfers. He is soliciting direction to respondent No.5/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for decision on this count pursuant to his application/communication dated 27/03/2025 (Exhibit 'E').

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as for learned advocate who suo-moto appears for respondent Nos.5 and 6.
