Heard learned counsel for original claimants. 2.

In support of the contentions, G.P.A. given by Applicant Nos. 2 to 4 is produced showing that they have given power to applicant No. 1 Meena, their mother, to collect the money. Submission was made by the learned counsel for the applicant that original claimant Anusayabai, the mother of the deceased, is dead. Statement was made

2 C.A. 4541.2016 in F.A. 14.2013.odt that Anusayabai has not left behind other legal representatives than the present applicants and so present applicants are entitled to get the amount. Present applicants will be entitled to get the amount equally left by Anusayabai. Applicant Nos. 2 to 4 have given power of attorney to the effect that entire amount is to be given to applicant No. 1 Meena. The Power of Attorney is taken on record. Care is to be taken to see that any proceeding is filed and whether there is stay to the disbursement of the amount. 3.

In view of the above, Civil application stands disposed of.
