2] Perused the contentions of the applicants. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today.

3] In the light of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and stands disposed of.
