It is informed that the issue raised in the instant petitions is under active consideration of the Collector and the Collector is expected to pass further orders in the matters. It is also informed that the hearing in identical matters is in progress.

It would be open for the petitioners to appear before the Collector and submit their contentions. The Collector or any other Officer authorized by him shall take appropriate decision in the matters as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.
