The respective applicants in all these applications want to carry out the amendment by raising the claim at the rate of Rs.100/- per square ft in their respective cross-objections. The learned counsel Mr. Sangle appearing for respondent No.2 acquiring body, who has fled appeals strongly opposed the applications on the ground that such amendment should not be permitted at such belated stage.

However, even if the amendment is allowed, then the respective applicants will be under obligation to justify as to how they are entitled for such amount of compensation at the

2 956 ca 15177-19+ rate of Rs.100/- per square ft. In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.

The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 5.
