Mr. Rodge, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on receiving copy of written communication dated 28th August, 2018, prays for withdrawal of the petition. It is stated in the communication that the petitioner received certain monetary benefits though belatedly and the petitioner by keeping option open to approach the competent forum for redressal of his grievance and delay caused in receiving monetary benefits, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
