Considering the prayers set out in these petitions, the learned A.G.Ps. have gathered instructions from the concerned Authorities that, all these claims as regards uncleared bills are

3896.24wp etc (2) stale and several documents and files will have to be dug into, to verify, as to whether these claims are undisputed. They submit that, it would take at least six months time to go into the records, since the record dates back to ten years or more. 2.

Considering our Writ jurisdiction, we would not be inclined to entertain these Petitions, if they are in respect of disputed bills, payment terms, amount to be paid, etc. 3.

Since the learned A.G.Ps. submit that, they would look into the grievance of the Petitioners and would verify their records and take a decision within 180 days, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

We make it clear that, if there are any undisputed amounts, the Authorities concerned, are at liberty to release the same to these Petitioners.
