Heard rival submissions. It appears that after passing judgment by the learned first Appellate Court and before filing this second appeal, the present applicant No.1A had died who is already represented by his married daughter Ranjana Ankush Shinde. As such, the aforesaid daughter is permitted to prosecute the appeal on behalf of deceased Raghuveer. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

Learned Counsel for applicants submitted two Pursis mentioning that the legal representatives of respondent Nos.6 and 7 are already on record. The pursis are taken on record and the respondent Nos.6 and 7 be shown as "since deceased". Correction be made till next date.
