The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that in the affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3, in paragraph 15, it has been stated that the premises of card room as mentioned in application is changed and for getting permit for newly mentioned premises, fresh application accompanied by the documents is required. Those documents are detailed in the same paragraph at serial Nos.1 to 16. It has been stated in paragraph 17 of the affidavit in reply that if the Petitioner presents all the documents as per the list at serial Nos.1 to 16 as above in respect of issuing permit for running card room alongwith sports and games, the same would be considered

The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already filed an application complying with all the requirements including the filing of the documents as stated above and it is thus, for Respondents to consider the same. The learned counsel has tendered a copy of the said application before this Court. The learned AGP submits that in the light of the affidavit in reply submitted before this Court on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3, if such an application is submitted before the Respondents alongwith the documents as detailed in paragraph 15 of the affidavit in reply, the application would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within eight weeks.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. If such an application is submitted before Respondent No.3, the same shall be decided within eight weeks from the date of this order.
