The applicant, original accused No.2 in FIR No. 335 of 2020, registered with the Ardhapur Police Station, District Nanded on 27-12-2020, prays for quashing of the FIR. 2.

We find from the FIR that the informant was 21 years of age on the date of filing of the FIR. She was already married to Sakharam Tukaram Rathod in March, 2019. In April, 2019 when the couple was living in Pune, accused No.1 Vishal who claims to have love relations with the informant prior to her marriage, contacted her and due to the inciting and encouragement of the present applicant Vijay @ Vijesh, Vishal repeatedly raped the informant in the residence of the present applicant. 3.

At this juncture, the learned advocate for the applicant
