The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that subsequently the respondent has appointed National Agricultural Crop Insurance Company for facilitating the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana.

In light of that, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

If the petitioner has grievance with regard to dates or other aspects the petitioner is at liberty to agitate in appropriate proceedings.
