Shri LC Patil, learned Counsel appaering for Respondent/s undertakes to remove the office objections raised by the Registry in CA No.
CA/6772/2016 IN FAST/10937/2016.
2) Heard learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body, learned counsel appearing for Respondent/s - i.e. original claimants and learned AGP for State.
3) Delay ranging between 816 to 985 days has occurred in filing the present appeals.
4) Though, learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants have opposed for condoning the delay, contending that the reasons which are assigned in justification of the delay, are not sufficient to condone the delay, for the reasons stated in the applications, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused in filing all these appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.
5) On registration of the appeals, issue notices to the respondent/s. Learned Counsel and learned AGP waive service for respective respondents in all these appeals.
6) Place all these matters for admission on 12th July, 2017.
