Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filled in form for NEET examination well within time, however, due to

2 W.P.No.4674/17 financial problem, could not pay the fees. Now the petitioner is ready to pay the fees. The Respondents be directed to accept the same.

Mr.Kadam, learned counsel submits that petitioner had more than one month's time to fill in the form and to pay the fees. The petitioner could have paid fees by any of the three modes provided therein. Mr.Nagode, learned counsel submits that after the cut off date, i.e. 1.3.2017, there is no provision for acceptance of form or the fees.

We had asked the learned counsel for respective parties as to whether there is any relaxation in payment of fees with late fees. Learned counsel submit that there is no provision for accepting late fees.

In view of the above, as the cut off date was 1.3.2017 and there is no provision for extension of date for payment of fees, it would not be possible to come to the aid of the petitioner.
