This petition seeks direction to respondent no.2 to expeditiously decide his and his siblings Tribe claims, which are pending since 2009. Last time, we directed the learned A.G.P. to find out as to why claims are pending. Today, learned A.G.P. filed a reply explaining the

2 WP 4262/2016 reason of delay. Without going into merits of the case, this petition can be disposed of in terms of following order :-

O R D E R

(1) The petitioner and his sibling shall appear before the Committee on 10th May, 2016 and file their reply and documents. They shall particularly submit their reply and report of vigilance.

(2) The Committee shall decide the case within 12 weeks from 10th May, 2016.

(3) The petitioner and his sibling shall co-operate in the proceedings.

(4) The Committee shall sent compliance of this order to this Court as soon as possible.
