ORAL ORDER :

The applicant/appellant has moved this application for stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Dhule. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellants have good case to succeed in appeal. He further submits that the appellant is ready to deposit the amount in this Court within four weeks and urged to stay the execution of impugned Judgment and Award. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has no objection to stay the execution subject to deposit of amount in terms of Award.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject

2 CA 4522.2019 in F.A.St. 10963.2019. to deposit of amount within 12 weeks from the date of this order. In case if the applicant fails to deposit the amount within 12 weeks, interim stay granted stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
