Civil Application No. 4673 of 2021 is filed seeking permission to implement the Resolution

2 ca 4673&5191.2021 No. 580/3 dated 19.12.2020 adopted by the Ad-hoc Committee for giving incentives to the Doctors working in Shri Saibaba and Shri Sainath Rugnalay. 2.

We have heard Mr. Bajaj, learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned Counsel for the original writ petitioner and Mr. Sapkal, learned Senior Advocate for the Intervenors of Civil Application No. 5191 of 2021.

The permission, it appears, is sought to give incentives to the Doctors working in Shri Saibaba Super Speciality Rugnalay and Shri Sainath Rugnalay.

The Government under it's Resolution dated 27.06.2018 has approved the incentives to be given to the Doctors as per the decision taken by the management of the Sansthan. It is submitted that up to March-2020 incentives has been paid and permission is sought to pay the incentives up to October-2020 and to continue it further.

In view of the fact that the Government under it's Resolution dated 27.06.2018 sanctioned the incentives and that incentives were given to the Doctors earlier, we permit the Sansthan to continue with the incentives given to the Doctors in terms of the Government Resolution dated 27.06.2018.

Civil Application No. 4673 of 2021 and Civil Application No. 5191 of 2021 are accordingly disposed of.
