ORDER :- .
Heard learned Counsel Mr. Thorat for the petitioner. It may not be necessary for us to refer to the facts in details. Suffice to say that as there was an error in the caste certificate, the petitioner was required to approach this Court by filing Writ Petition No.1916 of 2019. By an order dated 11th February 2019, accepting the statement that a proposal is submitted to the Committee on 11th October 2019 and Committee accepted the
(2) WP No.4126/2019 proposal on the same day, the petition was disposed of with direction to respondent No. 4 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within stipulated period of 8 weeks from the date of order.
2.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted before this Court that thought the period is yet to expire, the petitioner who had completed M.B.B.S. Course, is desirous of taking further course in academic career and for that purposes the petitioner is in need of internship completion certificate. Learned Counsel then submitted that as the claim is pending before the Committee, respondent Nos.3 and 5 are not issuing the internship completion certificate and without internship completion certificate the petitioner is unable to step his claim for the future course in academic career. Learned Counsel then also submitted that though the petitioner made an attempt to submit the application to respondent No.5, the Authorities of respondent No.5 expressed their inability to accept the application. 3.
In view of this limited grievance raised before us, we deem it proper to dispose of the petitioner at the admission stage.
