Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel submits that, however, the applications at Exh.12 and 14 before the Executing Court are still pending and, if those applications are not decided at the earliest, even though the petitioner who has obtained the decree in the year 2019, the decree could not be executed.

Though, respondent no.2 is duly served, none appears for the Respondent-Corporation.

In view of the above submissions, leave granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Judge of the Executing Court is hereby directed to dispose off the applications Exhibit 12 and 14 pending in Execution Petition (Special Darkhast No.12 of 2020) at the earliest, without any undue delay.
