Present application is for composite relief namely bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 8 on record, for condonation of delay and for setting aside abatement.

Learned counsel Mr. Dhake has instructions to appear for proposed legal heirs of the respondent No. 8. For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned and civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A(i) to A(iv). The civil application is disposed of.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
