The registration of appeal has been refused by the order of the learned Registrar dated 20.03.2018 on account of non-payment of court fees.

The learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to pay the requisite court fees as assessed by the Taxing Officer within a period of two weeks. 3.

Considering the submissions, the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) in first appeal stamp no.41620/2017 is quashed and set aside.

The civil application is disposed of accordingly. 5.
