Mr. Kasliwal, the learned counsel submits that, after the order is passed by this Court on 18.01.2016, the petitioner had filed representation/application with the authority for measurement. However, the same is not in a prescribed format, however, the said measurement is basically for the purpose of Nimtana measurement.

The petitioner may file an application before the appropriate authority as is required. In case such an application is filed, the authorities would consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously after notice to all concerned and
