PER COURT:- 1.
Order rejecting the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is assailed.

We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.

It appears that because of the deficiencies in the proposal, the proposal is rejected. It is for the management to rectify the deficiencies. In fact, it is for the management to submit the proposal complete in all respect.

In light of that, we pass the following order:
ORDER
A. The management shall complete the deficiencies as observed by the Education Officer in its order dated 20.03.2020 within a period of four weeks from today.
B. After the deficiencies are completed by the management, the Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on its own merits and take decision upon it preferably within a period of four months. The impugned order would not be an impediment for taking decision afresh.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
