This is an application for condonation of delay of 375 days caused in filing an appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard the learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for applicants as well as Shri Natu, the learned Counsel appearing for the nonapplicant. 3.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay in filing the appeal is sufficiently explained by the State. Averments made in the application are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. There is no
