Mrs. V.D. Jadhav, learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant/applicant - Acquiring Body is now ready to deposit the part of the amount of compensation and she may be permitted

cast10842-2020+ to deposit it in the office. She points out that the notices to the respondents/ claimants have not yet been served by the office. Therefore, the time to deposit the remainder compensation may be extended. 2.

The respondents are yet to be served. This Court had granted stay to the execution of the award subject to depositing the amount of compensation within a stipulated time. The appellant/Acquiring Body is allowed to deposit the money, may be in part. The office to accept it. The time to deposit the balance amount of compensation is extended by twelve weeks.
