No. 1081 of 2003 pending in that Court. Today, by fax, the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division & Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhoom has informed this Court that S.C.C. No.1081 of 2003 was

2 Cri. Appln. 1578/2005 disposed of on 6/12/2008 and the accused is acquitted. Copy of the fax dated 24/8/2016 is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. 4.

In view of this, the purpose of filing the present criminal application has been rendered infructuous.

In view of this, the Criminal Application is disposed of as infructuous.
