Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Mr. Bhandari, the learned Advocate does not oppose. 3.

The Civil Application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 4.

Since the documents at page Nos. 15 to 30 in the Writ Petition are not legible and the Petitioner does not desire to rely on the said documents, liberty to remove the said set of papers from the Petition paper book. All other objections should also be removed within 15 days from today. Thereafter, the Writ Petition would be restored to the stage at which it was dismissed.
