By this Civil Application, the original petitioners are seeking recall of the order passed on 01.03.2024, by which the Writ Petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Besides making of the aforesaid prayer, the petitioners are also seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1.

We have heard learned counsel for the Respondents. He has no objection for allowing the Civil Application. 4.

Considering the averments in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause 'B' to 'D'.
