O R D E R

Appellants-original claimants have filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellants with their counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counels.

Appellants and respondent-Insurance have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 4,00,000/- to the appellants towards their full and final settlement of claim and has agreed to deposit said amount within six weeks from the date of receipt certified copy of this modified award, in the the MACT,

Mother-appellant No.1 of the appellants No. 2 and 3who are minors has also filed affidavit and certificate of her counsel. Compromise appears to be in the interest of minors-appellants No. 2 and 3.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellants. 6.
