Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 5398 days, in all these matters, which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is huge delay of 14 years.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 5398 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

Appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
