Order :- Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Matter is pending since year 2008 for condonation of delay of 189 days. The application also came to be dismissed against the respondent- Acquiring Body for non-service of notice on behalf of the applicant. This Court under Order dated 4th January, 2017, granted the time for taking steps against respondent No.3. But, even thereafter, there is no progress in the matter. However, being last opportunity, the matter is adjourned at the request of applicant till 5th October, 2017. In case, the applicant fails to take requisite steps in regard to dismissal of application against respondent No.3- Acquiring Body, the application for condonation of delay shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution automatically without reference to this Court.
