Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

The only grievance made in the petition is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioners as 'Mannerwarlu'. In fact, the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioners 1/2

5-6-7.odt are already issued the tribe certificates of Mannerwarlu, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificates.

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent no.2 shall issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners as belonging to 'Mannervarlu'

Scheduled Tribe, expeditiously.

Writ Petitions disposed of. No costs.
