PER COURT :- 1.
Perused the petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We found that, alternate efficacious remedies are available to the petitioner against various respondents. This petition is filed in the year 2004. No relief was given to the petitioner so far. The petitioner ought to have resorted to alternate remedies available to them against various respondents. Even now, they can be directed to do so. Keeping the petition pending is wasteful.
2.
Writ Petition stands disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioners to pursue the remedies against respondents as per law. In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil application stands disposed of.
