This Court by order dated 20th June, 2017 and 14th August, 2024, directed the applicant to file the certified copy of the judgment passed in S.C.C. No. 220 of 2013. It is seen that the Court order is not taken seriously and practically disobeyed. The applicant is the convict of the offence punishable under Sections 304-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the applicant is not interested in the matter, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.
