These applications are for restoration of respective First Appeals, registration of which stood refused by operation of conditional order dated 04-01-2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on failure of the respective applicants to remove office objections. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicants / original appellants submits that as per order dated 17.07.2025, applicants have removed all

-2- 921-CA-5382-2024 office objections. He also undertakes to diligently argue the matters, if the First Appeals are restored.

In view of the said statement and considering the reasons disclosed in the applications, and in order to give fair opportunity to the applicants to argue the matters on merits, applications need to be allowed. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(i) Both applications stand allowed.

(ii) Order dated 04.01.2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the First Appeals are restored.

(iii) Registry to register the First Appeals.
