02-03-2022 PER COURT :- The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.11 makes a statement that, by the order impugned in the present petition, respondents No.1 to 11 were appointed as Trustees, by order dated 06.01.2016 passed by respondent No.12 Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar, for a period of five years, on the new Board of Shri. Shanaishwar Devsthan Shingnapur, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar. He states that the term of the said trustees is over on 05.01.2021 and the new trustees have been appointed.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition. Due to passage of time and in view of subsequent developments, Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of, as such.
