This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 4 to take decision on the application tendered by petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit tribe certificate and, subject to final decision in respect of issuance of tribe certificate, appropriate action, if deemed necessary, may be taken.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
