Mr. Sabnis, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has not been paid the scholarship amount since the year 2015-2016. The petitioner on 02nd July, 2018 approached the Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare Latur. One year has lapsed, still nothing is coming forth. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has relied upon the Government Resolution dated 19th July, 2018 to contend that, the petitioner can approach the authority to get his grievance decided.

It is one year the petitioner has already approached the authority and the authority has not yet decided the grievance of the petitioner, whereas as per G. R. dated 19th July, 2018, the authority has to decide the said grievance within a period of thirty days.

Considering the above, we direct the authority to take decision upon the grievance of the petitioner (page 43) and also representation by the college (page 50) positively within a period of 30 days from today.
