This is an application filed seeking modification of the judgment dated 04.10.2024 to the extent of apportionment of the compensation amount.

Heard learned advocate for applicants and learned advocate for respondent. Perused the statements made in the application.

Applicants No. 2 to 4 have filed an undertaking stating therein that amount of compensation of Rs. 8 Lakhs be Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 2-ca-6177-2025 paid to their mother applicant No. 1. Said undertaking is marked 'X' for identification purposes.

In view of above, judgment and order dated 04.10.2024 is modified and following clause be added in the operative order:

"(VI) Amount deposited by Railways be paid to Applicant No. 1- Smt. Madhubai W/o Kishansingh Thakur."

Modified copy of judgment be uploaded.
