This is an Application on behalf of the Respondents in the Appeal preferred by the Acquiring Body, for bringing on record the legal representatives of Deceased / Respondent No.3 - Santosh Vishwanath Borade.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3. They submit that, appropriate orders be passed. 3.

There is delay of 1628 days in preferring this Application for bringing the L.Rs of Respondent No.3. A copy of death certifcate is enclosed with the Application showing the name of Respondent No.3 and also a copy of Legal Heirs Certifcate issued by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mantha, District Jalna is enclosed with the Application showing the Applicant 1-A and Applicant 1-B as the legal heirs of Deceased - Santosh Vishwanath Borade.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B', 'C' and 'D'. The Applicants shall carry out the necessary amendment within a period of two [2] weeks. After the amendment, amended copy be supplied to the Respondents. 5.
