This matter was heard for some time. The learned Advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions as to whether the petitioner would deposit the total amount of Rs.2,76,025/- before the PF Authorities at Aurangabad.

It is now submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit only 50% of the amount. The learned Advocate for the PF Authorities is not agreeable and insists for the entire amount to be deposited, keeping in view that the petitioner had misled the Department on 06/06/2019 with an assurance that the amount would be deposited and after the frozen bank account was defrozen on 21/06/2019, no khs/Oct. 2019/12068

- 2 - amount has been deposited.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw this petition.

The learned Advocate for the PF authorities has opposed the said request in view of the peculiar facts recorded as above. 5.
